By creating an account and using Sanad Review, you agree to these terms.
Sanad Review connects to your Google Business Profile account and generates draft replies to customer reviews. Replies are published to Google only when you click "Publish", or automatically for reviews you've explicitly configured as eligible for auto-publish (4-5 star reviews with no negative-sentiment language). You remain responsible for the content published to your public business profile, including automatically published replies you've opted into — review and adjust this setting at any time from your dashboard.
The Service is billed monthly via Stripe. You can cancel at any time from the Billing page in your dashboard; access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months.
Generated reply text is provided as a suggestion only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, tone, or suitability of any generated content. You are solely responsible for any reply published under your business's name.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sanad Review is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including reputational harm from a published reply.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or misuse Google's APIs. You may stop using the Service and disconnect your Google account at any time.
