Sanad Review ("we", "our", "the Service") helps business owners review and manually publish replies to their Google Business Profile reviews. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how it is used.

Information we collect

• Account information: business name, email address, and password (stored as a salted hash, never in plain text).
• Google Business Profile data: when you connect your Google account via OAuth, we access your business account/location information and customer reviews (reviewer name, star rating, review text, existing owner replies) solely to display them in your dashboard and generate suggested replies.
• Billing information: subscription and payment details are processed and stored by Stripe, our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers.

How we use your data

• To display your business's reviews inside your Sanad Review dashboard.
• To generate a draft reply for each new review (using a template engine or, optionally, the Anthropic Claude API).
• To publish a reply to Google Business Profile only when you explicitly click "Publish", or, if you have opted in, to automatically publish replies to reviews we classify as low-risk (4-5 stars with no negative-sentiment keywords in the comment). No reply is ever posted without either your direct action or your own explicit opt-in setting.
• To process your subscription payment via Stripe.

Data sharing

We do not sell your data. We share data only with the service providers necessary to operate Sanad Review: Google (Business Profile APIs, at your direction), Stripe (payments), Railway (hosting), and, if you enable it, Anthropic (to generate reply text — only the review text, star rating, and business name are sent, never your account credentials).

Data retention

We retain your account and review data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

Your Google account access

You can revoke Sanad Review's access to your Google account at any time from your Google Account permissions page. Revoking access stops all future review syncing and reply publishing immediately.
